Transfer Policy

You may transfer your registration to another participant for a $250 fee, subject to approval.

Travel Insurance

Strongly recommended. Travel insurance protects your investment in case of illness, emergency, or unexpected circumstances. We cannot make exceptions to the refund policy for uninsured cancellations.

Cancellation by NRI

If we must cancel the program (minimum enrollment not met, force majeure), you will receive a full refund.
