Who can join?
You are eligible for participation in this study if you are an otherwise healthy woman, aged 35 - 55. This study is available to those that live in the United States. NOTE: participants must have access to an Apple Watch Series 4 or newer for the duration of the study
What's involved?
This study involves taking 1 dose of our sleep supplement before bed every night for 4 weeks. In addition, you will also upload sleep data from your Apple Watch, as well as weekly surveys.
Will I be paid?
Yes! Our team compensates for your time for participating in the study. You will receive up to $120 if you finish the trial.

Getting Started
To join the study, complete the form below. Our research team will send you an email with a brief survey to make sure this study is a good fit for you.
Next, our team will reach out to schedule a 10-15 minute zoom study orientation session to help get you started, and they'll mail out your materials.
Every single person in this study receives an active product, so you'll either get the botanical sleep blend or melatonin. The one-month supply of materials is completely free.
During the Study
Once you receive your materials, you'll log on to a website provided to register your kit. Then you'll start taking 1 dose of your sleep supplement before bed every night for 4 weeks.
At the end of each week, you will upload sleep data from your Apple Watch and complete an online survey telling us more about your sleep.
After the study ends, we'll invite you to a webinar so you can learn more about which supplement you had and what our study found.

The purpose of this study is to contrast the effects of a botanical sleep extract and melatonin. The protocol has been evaluated and approved by an independent third-party ethical review board which is accredited by the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Human Research Protections (OHRP). It is conducted in compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki, the Belmont Report, the regulations outlined in 45 CFR 46, and ICH GCP E6 (R2). The protocol is also registered at a World Health Organization (WHO) approved clinical trial registry.
