Elizabeth Dunne is a research-focused licensed dietitian. As a clinician, her expertise lies in medical nutrition therapy for cardiovascular care and eating disorders. In clinical research, her focus is dietary supplements to boost well-being.
At Nutraceuticals Research Institute, Elizabeth is involved with protocol development and execution of trials focused on nutrition supplements, including health beverages, vitamin or mineral supplements, and food-based nutraceuticals.
Elizabeth serves the dietetic community as the current president of the North Alabama Dietetic Association and provides continuing education in clinical research for dietitians globally.
